The duchy formerly known as Nokistra was originally a small city-state that was conquered by the Alloyed Consortium in their attempts to spread to Akran. After a short time under occupied rule a young revolutionary called Abraham Gorkole, backed by the Historian Theocracy, reclaimed the city and was granted the title of Duke under the condition that he swore fealty to Historia. One of Duke Gorkole’s first edicts was to abolish slavery. Among the newly freed population was one Kaiser Historia.
