Those who serve in the armies and city guards, the Unsleeping Eyes, are expected to uphold the tenets of Helm: Honor and Duty, Vigilance and Preparedness. The Rex Probus of Historia is believed to be the closest possible example of an avatar of Helm, and through their honorable action and unwavering duty have proven themselves to be a worthy leader of the people. Because of the saturation of the Golden Sun’s lawful tenents, crime is a rare occurrence within the city of Historia. The combination of the Golden Sun’s laws and Helm’s call of duty makes for swift and severe punishment for any who dare go against the peace.
